Ways to cool down by drinking water

During summer season, the sun can nearly melt everyone. People exposed to the scorching sunlight may have heat stroke. We are going to share some tips about how to cool down your body by simply drinking water.

Drink water which is between five to fifteen degrees Celsius.

TANAKA Hideto, a professor specializes in health and physical education at Tokyo Gakugei University, claimed that many people thought warm water could better cool them down, but the truth is, water between five to fifteen degrees Celsius can be absorbed more efficiently and more smoothly to drink.

Don’t drink more than 300ml of water at once.

According to MEKATA Yuko, a health and nutrition professor of Bunkyo University, instead of drinking too much water that human body can’t afford, people are advised to drink 1.5-2L of water per day.

Drink water before you got thirsty.

If you drink water after you got thirsty, dehydration might happen. Serious dehydration could cause the build-up of kidney stones and as a result lead to severe stomach aches. So, you should always drink water before you got thirsty, prevent yourself from increasing the burden of kidney.
