  1. Policy Overview
    • All items on the website are priced to include shipping fees.
    • Consumers are responsible for bearing the relevant VAT and customs charges.
    • Please note that the prices of the ordered items do not include installation services.
  2. Return Policy
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • The returned item must be in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other included items.
    • The returned item must not show any signs of damage, wear, or use.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees and any other associated costs related to the return, including the actual shipping fee charged by the logistics company during the original shipment. For water filtration systems, the deduction will be capped at 170 pounds, and for filter cartridges and other consumables, the deduction will be capped at 50 pounds.
  3. Return Process
    • If you decide to return any item, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the item, providing your order information and reason for return.
    • We will provide instructions for the return method and address.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition.
    • If the returned item meets the conditions of our return policy and its condition is confirmed to be satisfactory within 7 business days after receiving the return, we will process the refund.

    If any item is damaged during shipping, please notify our customer service department immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
